Terms of Service

These terms describe the services Frontyard Media ("we", "us") may provide if you become a client. A client relationship begins only when you and Frontyard accept a written service order confirming the scope, fees, availability, and start date. Browsing this website or requesting information or a preview does not start a subscription, authorize profile changes, or create a payment obligation.
What we provide
Your service order will identify the services we agree to provide. These may include a website, hosting, Google Business Profile management, review tools, business listings, lead notifications, professional email setup, and content edits. Descriptions and examples on this website do not mean an integration is active. Planned features are unavailable until we confirm that they are ready and included in your order.
Pricing, term, and cancellation
- Service is $0 setup and $499 per month unless your order says otherwise.
- There is a 6-month initial term, after which service continues month-to-month.
- After the initial term you may cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee.
- Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period already started.
- If payment fails, we may pause service until the account is current.
Ownership — what's yours and what's ours
Your domain name is registered in your name and is always yours, including if you leave us. Your content — your business name, logo, photos, reviews, and text you provide — remains yours.
The website design, templates, code, and platform we use to deliver the service remain ours, and are licensed to you for as long as you are a subscriber. If you cancel, we will take the website down and transfer your domain to you on request.
What we need from you
To do the work we need photos, your services and service areas, access to your Google Business Profile, and reasonably prompt answers. Delays in getting these will delay your launch. You confirm you have the right to use any content, photos, or logos you give us.
Text messaging terms
If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Frontyard Media at the mobile number you provide, including customer lead alerts, appointment reminders, and account notifications.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies depending on your lead and appointment volume.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@frontyardmedia.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or rent mobile information, or share mobile information and SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Our contracted messaging providers process only the information needed to deliver and support messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful or misleading, and not to ask us to publish false claims, fake reviews, or content you don't have the rights to. We may decline or remove content that would violate a platform's rules (for example Google's or Yelp's) or applicable law.
Results
Any reporting included in your service order will begin with your service. Search rankings and lead volume depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead counts, or revenue.
Service availability
Your service order will describe the monitoring and support included after your service begins. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, including hosting, email, messaging, or platform providers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you before it applies to you. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Standalone service orders
Current standalone services are priced on their service pages. The website plan and complete package have a six-month initial term, then month-to-month; other published standalone plans are month-to-month. The service order confirms scope, start date, fees, provider charges, and cancellation terms. These published offers do not amend an existing signed agreement.
Business Profile management
Google Business Profile is free. Frontyard charges for its management and website services. You retain profile ownership, and you may remove our Google access independently of your website subscription term. We obtain permission before management and explicit approval before review replies. Planned AI-assisted review replies
AI-assisted review replies are planned and are not currently enabled. When available, replies will be drafts for your review and may contain errors. We require your explicit approval before posting a reply to Google. Before activation, we will explain the AI providers and data practices in our Privacy Policy and obtain your authorization.
