Your Google profile.
Your control.
Our responsibilities when you authorize Frontyard to help manage your business information.
An independent service
Frontyard Media is an independent marketing agency, not Google, a Google partner, or a Google-endorsed service. Google Business Profile is available at no extra cost. Our service fees cover website and management work; they are not a fee to be listed on Google. Your chosen service and scope determine the price.
Permission and ownership
You remain an owner of your profile. For an existing profile, we ask you to invite Frontyard as a manager. We obtain written or digital authorization before claiming or managing a profile. We do not ask for your password, claim profiles without consent, or initiate verification without your request.
Review replies and changes
We obtain explicit approval before replying to reviews. We inform you of profile changes and provide a separate notice of account-level changes within 48 hours. We do not automatically reject Google’s suggested changes without consulting you.
Current service and automation
Profile care is currently human-managed. Google Business Profile API automation is not live. Any future connected automation requires the relevant access approval and your specific express permission. Frontyard’s internal tool is for authorized profile management, not for reselling programmatic access to Google’s APIs.
Reporting
You can access your profile directly through your own Google account. Where we provide a report, Google Business Profile information is identified separately from website and other platform data. We do not present other businesses’ private profile data as your results.
Ending access
Email hello@frontyardmedia.com to stop profile management. We remove our permissions and disassociate the profile from our services within seven business days. You retain control independently of any separate website billing term.
Reviews and outcomes
We request honest reviews from real customers without incentives or filtering for positive sentiment. Customers write and publish their own reviews. Google controls verification, review publication, and rankings. We do not guarantee any of these outcomes.
Google’s disclosure notice
Read Google’s Tips for working with third parties to manage your Business Profile. We include this notice in customer onboarding and renewal communications.
