Do I own my website and domain?
The domain is registered in your name and is always yours, including if you leave. Your content — logo, photos, reviews, text — is yours. The website design and platform are licensed to you while you are a subscriber.
Is there a contract?
A six-month initial term, then month-to-month. After that you can cancel any time with no cancellation fee. We would rather earn it every month than trap you.
What if I already have a website?
Most of our clients do — it is just not bringing them work. We will look at it honestly and tell you whether it needs replacing or whether your Google listing is the real problem.
How fast can you go live?
Usually within a week of getting your photos. The slowest part is Google verification, which is on Google's schedule, so we start it on day one.
Do you lock me into your platform?
You can leave whenever the initial term is up. We hand over your domain and your content. We do not hold anything hostage — that is a good way to get bad reviews, and reviews are our business.
What does it cost, really?
$299 to set up and $299 a month. That is the whole number. No per-change fees, no surprise charges, no annual "audit" invoice.
